Workwear Quality Control

For medium and large workwear distributors supplying the USA and Europe.

Quality control here is a set of checks, not a badge. The quality page lists them in full. A buyer should know what “checked” means before they treat a homepage as an audit report.

The checks

  • Incoming cloth against the agreed hand-feel, color, and GSM range.
  • Cutting and bundle counts against the size breakdown.
  • Seams and stitch quality in-line, not only on the last piece.
  • Measurements taken from the approved sample or the spec.
  • Zips, buttons, tape, and labels against the sample, including placement.
  • A finished-piece look, then polybag, size mark, and carton count.

If your program needs a lab report or a named audit, ask for it on the order. The answer will be specific. This website does not carry an ISO number or a test-house logo.
