How Custom Workwear Is Manufactured

For medium and large workwear distributors supplying the USA and Europe.

Custom means the garment follows your specification. The path is the same whether you started from a catalog style or a blank pack. The custom workwear page lists the ten steps. This note is what those steps mean for a buyer.

Before anyone cuts bulk

We read the requirement and flag what is unclear. Cloth, GSM, zip, and tape are chosen or matched. A pattern is made or adapted to your size run. A sample is sewn for you to fit. Bulk waits for your written approval and the deposit.

After approval

Cutting follows the size breakdown you signed. Sewing follows the approved sample, not a later chat message. Inspection covers cloth, seams, measures, trims, and packing. The carton is polybag and export carton unless your packing was quoted.

Shipping is EX-WORKS unless the order names another term. Courier, air, or sea is agreed on that order. DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD are the couriers used for samples and smaller releases. They are not a promise that every method is open on every shipment.
