Contrôle qualité

Inspection is part of the order. It is not a published certificate.

Incoming fabric

Cloth is checked against the agreed hand-feel, color, and the GSM range on the order before cutting starts.

Cutting

Markers and bundles are checked so size lots match the breakdown you approved.

Sewing

Seams, stitch type, and tension are checked in-line, not only on the last piece.

Measurements

Key points from the spec or the approved sample are measured on finished garments.

Stitching

Open seams, skipped stitches, and raw edges that were not specified are treated as defects.

Trims

Zips, buttons, tape, and labels are checked against the sample, including placement.

Final garment

A finished-piece review looks at the whole garment before it is folded.

Packing

Polybag, size mark, and carton count are checked against the packing note.
