Work Uniforms and Flame-Resistant Workwear for Importers in Germany and Italy
For workwear importers supplying Germany and Italy from a factory in Sialkot.
Arrown Trading sews work uniforms and flame-resistant workwear in Sialkot for distributors who import into Germany and Italy. The factory is in Pakistan. There is no warehouse in Germany or Italy, and the published price is not a delivered European price.
Every guide price on this site is EX-WORKS Sialkot, in US dollars, per piece. Courier freight, sea freight, insurance, duty, and VAT into Germany or Italy sit outside that number. You, or your forwarder, clear the goods into the EU.
Who should use this page
This page is for medium and large workwear distributors, wholesalers, and private-label brands supplying industry, workshops, logistics, and contractors in Germany and Italy. The factory offer is the same for both countries. The size chart, the label language, and the standard your customer names are not. Send those with the inquiry.
Work uniforms you can start from
Start from a catalog style when it is close to what you already sell. AT-101 is the polycotton coverall. AT-102 is the cotton-drill coverall. AT-301 is a work jacket. AT-401 is a cargo trouser. AT-501 is an industrial work shirt. AT-201 and AT-202 are hi-vis vests. Chef wear, security uniforms, and the other categories are on the same site, with the same four quantity slabs.
Private label means your brand on the garment and your construction, as far as the sample can match it. The minimum on a new style is 50 pieces per style and color. Two colors are two minimums. The guide cells are 50, 250, 1,000, and 5,000 pieces. A quantity between those cells can be priced against the neighbors. Ask. Do not add two colors together and assume the combined total buys the lower rate.
A German size 52 and an Italian size are not a factory size. Send body measurements in centimeters, or send a sample of the garment you sell most, in the sizes your customers reorder. Say whether the chart is the one you use in Germany, in Italy, or both.
Flame-resistant workwear
AT-1201 is a treated-cotton flame-resistant coverall, about 320 GSM, sewn with FR thread. AT-1202 is the treated-cotton flame-resistant work shirt. The guide EX-WORKS prices are on those two pages. Neither page is offered as a certified garment by default.
Buyers in Germany and Italy often need to name EN ISO 11612. Some programs name NFPA 2112 instead. Write the standard in the construction notes if your customer, insurer, or site rule requires it. We then confirm whether that cloth lot can be offered against the standard you named. If it cannot, we say so before you approve bulk. We do not print a certificate number on this website.
An inherent fiber program, such as a modacrylic blend, is a different quote. It is not AT-1201 with a different label. General coveralls are not flame resistant. Do not list AT-101 or AT-102 as FR in your own catalog because the photo shows a full-body suit.
Embroidery on an FR garment has to be confirmed so the finish is not cut away. Reflective tape on AT-1201 is optional and priced when you ask for it. FR cloth can take longer than a stock polycotton. After sample approval and the deposit, bulk is often 30–45 days. That is a planning range, not a promise. The date on the order confirmation is the date to use.
What to send from Germany or Italy
- Your company, and whether you import into Germany, Italy, or both.
- Email and WhatsApp number.
- Style codes, or photos of front, back, and any pocket that is not obvious.
- Quantity per color, on a slab you can warehouse.
- A size chart in centimeters for the market you sell.
- Label text in German or Italian, including care wording. We will not invent that legal line.
- The flame-resistant standard, if you need one named. Leave it off if you do not.
- The destination city if you want freight as its own estimate. Hamburg and Genoa are examples, not a fixed route.
You can write the inquiry in English, German, or Italian. The proforma is confirmed in English so the price, the quantity, and the construction stay unambiguous.
Price, payment, and shipping
Payment for international buyers is bank transfer (T/T) or Payoneer. A letter of credit is available only when it is agreed in advance. This website does not take card checkout. The method is written on the proforma.
Samples usually travel by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD. A larger release often goes by sea unless you ask for air freight. Tell us the city where you want the freight idea. The garment price stays EX-WORKS Sialkot either way. We do not describe the freight as free or guaranteed.
