Wholesale Workwear Buying Guide
For medium and large workwear distributors supplying the USA and Europe.
Wholesale on this site means a factory quantity, not a shopping cart. You are buying one style, in one color, at a slab you can warehouse.
How to read the table
Each style shows 50, 250, 1,000, and 5,000 pieces in USD per piece. The drop is the volume break for that standard construction. Embroidery, a second color, and custom packing are extra lines. Request a final quote before you compare the number with a domestic warehouse offer.
Before the deposit
- Confirm cloth and GSM on the proforma.
- Confirm the size breakdown.
- Confirm packing: polybag and carton, or your packing if it was quoted.
- Confirm the date and the term. EX-WORKS unless the order says otherwise.
- Pay by bank transfer (T/T) or Payoneer. A letter of credit is available subject to prior agreement. There is no card checkout here.
A first wholesale program is often one vest or one coverall. Add categories after the first code reorders cleanly. The reorder guide covers that second order.
Questions on this guide
Are the four prices fixed?
They are indicative EX-WORKS guide prices for the standard spec in one color. Fabric, branding, and packing move the final figure.
Does 250 navy and 250 black get the 250-piece rate?
Each color is its own quantity. If you need the combined rate, ask. Do not assume it.
Is this a USA delivered price?
No. Freight, duty, and insurance are outside EX-WORKS.
