Hospitality Uniform Guide
For medium and large workwear distributors supplying the USA and Europe.
Hospitality splits in two, and the quote should split with it. Front-of-house is a shirt, tunic, or trouser in a house color. The kitchen is a chef jacket that has to survive heat and wash.
How to brief it
Send the cloth color, the button, and the collar you want matched. A hotel or restaurant name is a woven label or embroidery. It is not a claim that Arrown Trading is an approved vendor of that brand. We do not publish client names.
Keep the first order to one color. A second house color is its own 50-piece minimum. Kitchen jackets stay on the chef styles. Do not ask the service-shirt price to cover a double-breasted chef coat.
Questions on this guide
Are chef jackets and service shirts one price?
No. Kitchen whites and front-of-house styles are separate pages and separate prices.
Can the hotel name be embroidered?
Yes, as branding. Embroidery does not mean we supply that hotel.
What should the first sample show?
Cloth color, collar or collarless cut, button, and the exact logo position.
