Reorder Guide for Existing Workwear Buyers
For medium and large workwear distributors supplying the USA and Europe.
A repeat order should be shorter than the first one. You already approved a sample. The factory already has a style code. The work left is quantity, sizes, date, and whether anything on the garment changed. This guide is for buyers who have ordered before, from Arrown Trading or on the same logic with a code we issued.
Use the style code
Every catalog garment has a code such as AT-401 or AT-801. Your private label sample, once approved, should be reordered by that same code. Put the code in the subject and in the first line of the WhatsApp message. “Same as last time” is not a code. If you have two navy jackets, the code is the only way the cutting room opens the right file.
If you do not have the code, send the previous invoice number or a photo of the neck label. We will match it and reply with the code to use next time. After that, keep the code in your own system next to your SKU.
Quantity sets the slab again
The price follows this release, not your historical best. A buyer who once took 5,000 pieces and now needs 250 pieces receives the 250-piece guide rate, adjusted for any cloth move since the last confirmation. A buyer who steps up from 250 to 1,000 receives the better cell. Say the quantity in pieces, not in cartons, unless you also state how many pieces are in a carton.
Split colors the same way as a new order. Two hundred and fifty pieces of one color is the 250-piece conversation. One hundred in navy and one hundred in black are closer to the 50-piece cell depending on how we can cut them, and we will say which before you approve. Do not add the colors together and assume the combined total buys the lower rate.
Color lots
Cloth dyed in a later lot can sit a step away from the previous bulk, especially on navy, black, and fluorescent yellow. If your stores put old and new stock on the same shelf, tell us. We can hold a shade reference from your last lot when we still have it, or we can send a cloth watch before cutting. A watch is a small dyed piece. It is cheaper than a full garment and it is the right check when the pattern did not change and only the dye bath is new.
Fluorescent colors fade in a shop window. Compare the watch in daylight. Approving it under a warm office lamp is how mismatches happen.
What counts as the same style
Same cloth, same color, same pockets, same tape, same label art: same style. You can change the size ratio freely. You can change the quantity. You should not change a pocket, a hood, or a tape path and still call it the same code without a sample check. Small changes are how a program drifts until the field complains.
If you do want a change, mark it as a revision and ask whether it needs a new sample. Some label text changes do not. A new knee pocket does. We would rather sew one sample than argue about a bulk.
Lead time after approval
When the sample is already approved and the cloth is a stock quality, bulk is often 30–45 days after the deposit. That is a planning range. Your order confirmation carries the date. FR cloth, a new dye lot, or a peak season can sit outside the range. Ask for the date in the same message as the quantity so it is on the proforma, not in a separate chat.
Payment methods do not change on a reorder: bank transfer (T/T) or Payoneer, and a letter of credit only when it was agreed in advance. Shipping is still EX-WORKS unless we have agreed a freight line. DHL, FedEx, UPS, and DPD remain the couriers for samples and small releases. Air freight and sea freight for larger releases should be booked before the finishing date.
Send reorders to info@arrowntrading.com or WhatsApp +92 332 447 4023 with the style code, quantity, size breakdown, and the ship-to city if you want a freight idea. The quote form on this site accepts the same facts if you would rather not start from a blank email.
